Words fail to express just how much this makes me angry. That’s exactly the kind of irresponsibility that leads to -serious- misunderstandings.

What if one of the people involved has an attack of conscience? Say the governer general denies the coalition the opportunity to form government? What happens then? Extreme behaviour often begets extreme behaviour.

They are deliberately undermining the existing government. How can they not see what a dangerous line they are walking? Worse, dragging us along with them!?!?!

Like I said. Arrogance. Not a strong enough word, but it’s the best I can think of.
